Surprised from the moment of shooting
The TAMRON 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD (Model B060) adopts a constant F2.8 large aperture design and provides an ultra-wide-angle zoom focal length for Sony E-mount APS-C mirrorless cameras. The photographer records the world from a new angle and with a new feeling, and is amazed from the very first moment of shooting.
The lens is equipped with a constant large aperture of F2.8 and a lightweight lens body. It is the first ultra-wide-angle zoom lens with a constant large aperture of F2.8 among Sony's APS-C lenses of the same type. In principle, it provides a relatively fast shooting speed even in dim or low indoor lighting conditions, resulting in clear and high-quality images.
In order to achieve higher shooting quality and high resolution in line with the new generation of cameras, the lens is specially equipped with a variety of special lenses to effectively correct aberrations common to wide-angle focal lengths. The new optical structure allows the lens to retain high definition and high resolution even when shooting at full aperture. The lens is very lightweight, suitable for different subjects, and photographers can often carry it around in a camera bag without feeling extra burden.
The minimum focusing distance MOD (Minimum Object Distance) of the 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD (Model B060) lens is 0.15m (11mm wide-angle segment), and the minimum focusing distance of the lens is 0.24m at 20mm focal length. The lens is equipped with a RXD (Rapid-eXtra-silent stepping Drive) focusing structure for fast and accurate focusing. The waterproof lens body and fluorine coating provide comprehensive protection for the lens to be used outdoors and in different environments.
