Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, exclude public holidays in Hong Kong). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Neo Zest Limited offers shipping options on all orders except the outlying Islands and non-urban areas in Hong Kong.
Your order would be delivered by S.F. Express or equivalent providers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur
- Any out-of-stock items
- Incomplete delivery details
- Change of order or delivery details
- Festive seasons
If orders are returned to Neo Zest Limited due to incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. Customer will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been shipped. Your dispatch confirmation will include a tracking number and link (if applicable) to enable you to track the status of your order.
Neo Zest Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
