All products purchased at Neo Zest Limited online store, and the authorized resllers cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange or refund will be allowed for defective products only.
Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt and the original product packaging with the Neo Zest Limited warranty sticker attached.
